Which of these thought patterns feel most familiar? 

1. Do you have the tendency to think "I have to be perfect to be worthy," "If I make a mistake, I'm a failure," "I'm not enough as I am"?

Perfectionism makes you strive for flawlessness and set unrealistically high standards for yourself, often leading to self-criticism and feelings of inadequacy.

 2. Do you have the tendency to think: "It's all my fault," "I'm always to blame," "I'm a bad person"?

Self-Blame and Guilt: makes you take on excessive responsibility for negative events or outcomes, blaming oneself even when not at fault, and feeling a constant sense of guilt.

3. Do you have the tendency to think: "I have to please everyone to be loved," "My needs don't matter," "If I say no, I'll be rejected"?

People-Pleasing makes you put others' needs and desires above your own, constantly seeking approval and validation, and fearing rejection if personal boundaries are set.

Fear of Abandonment: is a deep-seated fear of being abandoned or rejected by others, often leading to clingy behavior, anxiety, and difficulty forming secure attachments.

Avoidance of Intimacy: makes you avoid emotional closeness and vulnerability in relationships, fearing that getting too close will result in hurt or betrayal.

Overwhelm and Hyper-Vigilance makes you feel constantly overwhelmed, being on high alert for potential threats or danger, and struggling to relax or trust others.

Negative Self-Image: makes you hold a distorted and negative perception of yourself, often feeling unworthy, unattractive, or undeserving of love and acceptance.

So many things have changed in my life after therapy with Kasia but what feels like the greatest breakthrough of all was the newly found inner peace and self-acceptance. I quieted the critical voices in my head and replaced them with a gentle and loving voice that reminds me of my inherent worth and value.
